Susie Lipps (MA Global Leadership, Fuller Seminary) is the creator and owner of Conversations in the Vineyard, which marries her two passions of leadership and vineyards. She is the author of the Conversations in the Vineyard blog which focuses on principles of leadership gleaned from the vineyard. She has led organizations and continues to consult in the areas of strategic collaboration and emerging leaders. She has served as Director of Next Gen Mobilization for Wycliffe, as President of International Impact, and as Board Chair for Synergy Women’s Network. Susie led The Generosity Project, a 17-organization collaborative research effort focused on the motivations of donors across generations. She and Bob have been married 38 years; have three amazing adult children and four adorable grandkids. Susie enjoys running, entertaining, praying, hanging with family, traveling, and drinking wine with friends.
Shelley Trebesch (PhD, Fuller Seminary) is a consultant and trainer who has helped dozens of international organizations develop leaders and navigate complex change. She has served as vice president for capacity development for Prison Fellowship International, and as assistant professor of leadership and organization development at Fuller Seminary. She is the author of Made to Flourish: Beyond Quick Fixes to a Thriving Organization and Isolation: A Place of Transformation in the Lives of Leaders. She loves living in a diverse neighborhood; entertaining; taking her dog, Sammy, out for a run; and drinking wine with friends.
