Wow, wow wow…so rich from beginning to end. It has been such a blessing to walk away from this weekend embracing the season I’m in, knowing it is a purposeful and necessary season for growth & fruitfulness!
Conversations in the Vineyard was a weekend filled with perfect pairings: beautiful Sonoma wine country with sumptuous food and wine selections, helpful leadership lessons from the vine with dialogue among inspiring leaders, and of course the dynamic duo hosting, Susie and Shelly.
I’m so grateful for this weekend and have so much I’m taking away . . .
. . . meeting with like-minded leaders, we were able to learn about the seasons of the vineyard, and…glean timeless lessons of the vines and from each other . . . These Conversations are a worthwhile investment in self and leadership and highly recommended.
Susie Lipps and Shelley Trebesch did an excellent job of using vineyard management and wine making metaphors to introduce key leadership principles. Not only did we learn important leadership principles, but we also spent time in a vineyard - and drank some excellent wine in the process. Well done!
In an age of constant bombardment from electronic devices, it is necessary to prioritize reflective time and create spaces in our lives to connect, reflect, and allow God to speak to our hearts. Conversations in the Vineyard helps to facilitate the time and space we need.
